FORMOPAK 1500 - is automatic machine designed for measuring, dosing and closing in small PVC and polystirenic dishes, at the same time making the package on the machine, with thermoforming process. The most usual use of this machine is for packaging paste and creamy materials, for exemple: butter, pudding in volumes from 10 to 30 gramms, which are closing with aluminium foil in the machine.

Closing is done with thermowelding by heating press. It is simple for maintenance, and can be used by worker of lower stage of speciality.  


According all characteristics, this is two-lined, horizontal machine with tact regime of working. The machine is made of more units – modules, which represents one dynamic complex, and with his work PLC is working.

According a type of drive, this machine is combination of pneumatic and mechanical mechanisms, which officiate forming of bowl, measuring and dosing mass, closing the dishes, accidences, taking from the machine and coiling waste foil. This machine is provided with dosing pan, forming as double, which enable heating mass with dosing. Dosing system is made as pump valve mechanism, with ventil system which provide precisly filling of doser, and also great precisly and repeatly of measuring quantity.

Closing the dishes is done by aluminium foil with thermo lacquer, quill on sheave, with stamp or without stamp. After thermowelding the track is cut, and replete dishes falling on the transporter who taking them out of the machine. Control of temperature is done with thermoregulator. All elements of the machine which are in contact with packaging materials are constructed of stainless steel and other materials, which are alowable for use in alimentary industry.

For regular work of the machine it is mecessary to work minimum two servicers. The first servicer works on control of working machine. Second servicer brought empty package and taking products in warehouse.
