PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
MONOPAK 1500 10 SS T UP clean - clean is automatic machine for packaging fresh (small) cheese, in polystirene or polypropilene cups, which closed with thermal weld in the zone of pressure (sterilized air, HEPA filter, class H14), in volumes of 0,50 till 1,00 litres. The concept of this machine is such that in the automatic cycle there are few synchronized functions performed: the take over of the cups from the magazine, treatment with UV lamps, dosing with measuring in the pressure ( added tank with pump for convey fresh cheese), taking aluminium lids from the magazine with treatment by UV lamps, welding of lids, ink-yet, dateing, putting pop up lids, and displacing full and closed dishes at the reception craft table.
This is one serial, line horyzontal machine which works in tact mode of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, this machine represents combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms-modules.
Motoreductor moves the machine, which over splitter drive moves the main beam of the machine and pitch gear of trensporter. On the split reductor is wheel with safety pin, who keep the machine of overcharge. Conveyor (with an automatic lubrication) has the role of interphase connecting all the elements of the ciclus of the machine, that is transfer, which spread the cups from one to another mechanism , to cup ejector which finally ejects it onto reception table, from where worker collects them and packs. Treatment of cups and lids with UV lamps as a zone located in the dosage of the armored machines with filtrated air (HEPA filter), and pressure zone (see picture). HEPA filter absorb surrounding air through front filter, filtrate it an absolute filter and sends the enclosed part of the machine. In the filter housing is precision manometer which reads the difference in pressure between the environment and enclosed part of the machine, where are placed dosing valve, UV treatment cups and UV treatment of Al covers. This provides a great bacteriological security during the packaging of dairy products. The dosage is volumetric (piston), the doser supplys from added tank with pump for conveying fresh cheese. After thermowelding, at the machine, is installed imk-jet printer. At the next phase is takeing and putting pop up lids. Washing CIP is fully automated, machine is equipped with PLC and touch monitor. Mount machines, preventive coverings, and other elements which comes to contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. With the machine comes complete documentation (instructions for handling and maintenance of the electrical and pneumatic schemes and beliefs) as well as spare parts.
This contception of machine guarantee high realibility and machine simplicity, which is reflected in the easy maintenance and settings, as well as short time service.
