MONOPAK 2000 S UP - 1L

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

MONOPAK 2000 S UP - 1L - (for brine) is a semi-automatic machine for already filled in polystyrene or polypropylene dishes (usually with cheese and feta cheese) in which is additionally dosed the most common liquid mass (usually brine). The massive application of this machine is on the lines for packaging sour-milk products, feta cheese and hard cheeses in volumes of 0,25 till 1,00 liters.

The transition from one package to another takes up to 10 (ten) minutes. The concept of this machine is such that in the semi-automatic cycle there are few synchronized functions performed: manually lowering the full dishes into the tray conveyors, dosing with measuring, taking the Al lids with pre-welding, welding the lids, putting and snapping pop up lids and putting at acceptable table. The level of automation allows minimal engagement of the workforce, a large capacity provides its quick profitability.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This is two serial, line horizontal machine which works in tact mode of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, this machine represents combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms-modules.

Motoreductor moves the machine over pitch gear of conveyor. On the split reductor is wheel with safety pin, who keep the machine of overcharge. Conveyor has the role of interphase connecting all the elements of the ciclus of the machine, that is transfer, which spread the dishes from one to another mechanism , to dish ejector which finally ejects it onto reception table, from where worker collects them and putting at the desired location. Mount machines , preventive coverings, and other elements which comes to contact with liquid are made of stainless steel. The dosage is the piston, with measuring, and the doser supply is from the vessel situated at the machine.

With the machine comes complete documentation (instructions for handling and maintenance of the electrical and pneumatic schemes and beliefs) as well as spare parts. This contception of machine guarantee high realibility and machine simplicity, which is reflected in the easy maintenance and settings, as well as short time service.
