FORMOPAK   2400  K

         FORMOPAK 2400 K is an automatic machine, designated for dosing and packaging various materials into autonomous made small PVC and polystyren dishes by the thermoshape process. It can be utilised for small packaging of tea into PVC spoons, which are formed at the same machine into package of four spoons. The closing process is done by the constantly warmed heater in th thermo weld mechanism. The use of the machine is very simplified, so it can be managed by the low level operaters.  

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION   

          This two-lined horizontal machine operates in the pulse run and according to the run type and the functioning type, is combination of various mechanisms – modules controlled by the Programable Logical Controller (PLC). This machine is a combination of pneumatic and mechanical mechanisms, that manages following functions: forming of the dishes, measuring and dosing of material, closing the dishes, cutting off, moving out of the line, and spare phoil reel off. It is equipped with the bucket formed dosing tank, for the multifarious shape and type of tea. Closing of the dishes is done with the filter paper and then with polyetilenic phoil, with thermo layer. During the weld process, the phoil tape is cutt off, and filled dishes fall down at the transporter, that moves them away from the machine.Thermoregulator controlls the warm-up of the heater. All the elements that comes to contact with material for packaging are made of stainless steel and other materials approved to  be used in the alimentary industry. There are two operaters necessery for proper managing of this machine. First one controlls the managing proces, while the other supplies the packaging material, and brings away the final products at the store place.
