RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MACHINES AND EQUPMENT

Partial reconstruction implies the complete reconstruction and replacement of the broken parts, but only at the single part of the machine, or production line. This can be done in a very short term, after which the machine is put back into the operation. Completed reconstruction is followed by the guarantee.

Complete reconstruction is acomplished the way machine is dissasembled, all the parts are checked and fixed, and broken parts replaced by the original new ones. This way, the machine is put into the operating state at the owner. The guarantee referes to the complete machine, and the orderer gets the spare parts pack, user, safety and maintenance manual.

Complete reconstruction with improvement impies all the forementioned activities, but also functional inprovements of some modules at the machine, eg. Change from mechanical to pneumatic run, change of the dosing type, thermoweld mechanism mount, complete automatization by the controller, etc. .
