MONOPAK 1500-02 is automatic machine for packaging liguid products and creams into polystirenic small cups. The most usual use of this machine is on the lines for packaging sour milk products and cream cheese, in volumes from 0,1 to 0,2 liters. The conception of this machine is such, that in automatic prooces synhronized functions are performed: taking the cups from clip, dosing with measuring, taking the lids, welding the lids, date stamp and putting filled and sealed cups on reception table. Level of automatization enables minimal involving of labours, and huge capacity enables its fast replay.

            MONOPAK 1500-02 is one lined, line horyzontal machine which works in tact regime of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, this machine represents combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms-modules.
            Motoreductor moves the machine, which over splitter drive moves the main shaft of the machine and pitch gear of trensporter. On the split reductor is wheel with safety pin, who keep the machine of overcharge.
            Conveyor has the role of interphase connecting all the elements of the ciclus of the machine, that is transfer the cups from one mechanism to another, to cup ejector which finally ejects it onto reception table, from where worker collects them and packs.
Dosing is with valve, with volumes balance of quantity. Energize of doser can be observe from the dish, which is located on the flat of the machine, on the reach of three metre.
            Support of the machine, preventive bandage, and other elements which are in contact with substance for packaging, are made of stanless steel.
            The machine is delivered with soil (impresses) date.
