PACKAGING MACHINE  SIMPLEX PAK 1800 

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE 

            This machine is designed for measuring, dosing and packing liquids in "poly pack" bags, which are forming from polyetilenic foil wheel on the machine. Machine is constructed for dosing milk and sour milk products, and also can use for other materials in alimentary and other industries. In depended of  request of orderer, it is possible dosing in major volume spectrum. This is semi-automatic device with manual moving of package. It is simple for maintenance, and can be used by worker of lower stage of speciality.    

TEHCNICAL DESCRIPTION

            The concept of machine SIMPLEX PAK 1800 is like vertical one-line autromatic machine with pneumatic drive elements, automatic forming and appending package and automatic strating of new cycle Controlling of the machine is performing with PLC-a, which makes precision,  with resettability of cycle, such as definition time and synhronization all moveing parts witch resulting by extremly precisionDosing system is made as volumetric mechanism, with automatic keeping of liuid rating in dosing container of machine, which makes precision and resettability of measuring volume. Volume setting is making by using potentimeter for coaresly and fine dosing, and for controling of doser volume using measuring cup. Forming, closing and cutting bag is perform by impuls heater at vertical press (forming), such as at horizontal press (closing and cutting). This device is constructed of stainless steel and other materials, which are alowable for use in alimentary industry. For regular work of the machine it is mecessary to work minimum two servicers. The first servicer works on control of working device. Second servicer brought empty package and taking products in warehouse.
