It is intended for labeling cans in 0.33 l, 0.44 l and 0.5 l formats, whether they are paper or polyethylene labels. According to the type of drive elements, this is an electric machine.<\/p>\n

The work process is electronically controlled. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in technical terms represent a single unit: mechanical part with label holder, input brake, system of rollers for inserting labels, photocell for slot positioning, pulling mechanism with rubber drive roller, foot pedal for starting and electrical cabinet.<\/p>\n

The drive unit consists of a 24VDC motor to drive the rubber traction roller. The start of labeling, after manual placement of the can, is done with a foot pedal and the stop is regulated electronically by means of a photo cell. Replacement of cans is done manually, and the speed of labeling depends on the training of the operator and can be much higher.<\/p>\n
