The dosing system is designed as a flowmetric mechanism, with automatic maintenance of liquid levels and overpressure in the dosing pot of the machine, which allows great precision and repeatability of the measured amount.<\/p>\n

The dose is adjusted on the touch panel with a precision of 1 ml, and a beaker should be used to control the dosing amount. Foil welding with simultaneous trimming is driven by a pneumatic cylinder.<\/p>\n

Moving the nest with the container and rewinding the foil is done manually.<\/p>\n
