The most widespread application of this machine is on lines for packing ready meals, in volumes from 0,200 to 0,400 liters with a capacity of 3000 pieces per hour.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221; border_width=&#8221;6&#8243; el_class=&#8221;bold&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<strong>MONOPAK 3000 04 2D<\/strong> &#8211; The concept of the machine is such that synchronized functions are performed in the automatic cycle: taking containers from the charger with scissors and vacuum rubbers, dosing of granular materials with weighing with the Multi Head system, space for manual introduction of lumpy materials, dosing with weighing with KROHNE protometers and FESTO sphincters, lowering of aluminum lids onto aluminum containers with thermo-welding with bilateral movement of heating elements, as well as placing full closed containers on the receiving table.<\/p>\n<p>Containers filled with primary mass come under the second dispenser for secondary mass.
