SLIVPAK 1000 je predvi\u0111en za rad u liniji ili kao samostalna ma\u0161ina. Transporter je opremljen pogonskom i povratnom grupom, kao i jedinicama za zatezanje. Pogonjen je motoreduktorskim prenosnikom, sa fiksnom brzinom kretanja trake.<\/p>\n<p>Komora za termosliviranje je postavljena na postolje, a u njoj se vr\u0161i zagrevanje folije i njeno priljubljivanje uz bocu. Vodena para u komori zagreva etiketu, koja se, pod uticajem temperature, skuplja i prijanja uz bocu.<br \/>\nTemperatura unutar komore se reguli\u0161e temperaturom ili koli\u010dinom dovedene pare.<br \/>\nKomora na ulazu i izlazu ima zavesice koje spre\u010davaju nekontrolisani izlaz pare van ili prodor okolnog, hladnog vazduha u nju.<br \/>\nParu za sliviranje se sistemom cevovoda dovodi do komore i kroz diznu uduvava u nju, gde donetom toplotnom energijom vr\u0161i zagrevanje sliv etikete. Vi\u0161ak vodene pare, koja se u procesu zagrevanja nije izkondenzovala, iz komore izvla\u010di centrifugalni ventilator stvaraju\u0107i podpritisak.<br \/>\nPodpritisak u komori se reguli\u0161e pomo\u0107u klapni na usisu ventilatora.
