Tako je koncipirana da moze da radi i samostalno uz dodatak transportera koji uvodi i odvodi boce iz ma\u0161ine. Ma\u0161ina je koncipirana kao kru\u017ena, horizontalna \u0161to omogu\u0107ava laku regla\u017eu i olak\u0161an pristup vitalnim delovima ma\u0161ine. Za proces ispiranja i dezinfekcije mogu\u0107e je koristiti fluide po izboru (persi\u0107etna kiselina, hlor,ozon&#8230;), a na osnovu propisanih tehnolo\u0161kih zahteva i mogu\u0107nosti koje dostavlja kupac ma\u0161ine.<br \/>\nTako\u0111e je predvi\u0111eno proporcionalno doziranje pojedinih sredstava na bazi persi\u0107ertne kiseline \u010dime se sti\u010du uslovi za pravilan i racionalan postupak dezinfekcije. Ma\u0161ina je izra\u0111ena od ner\u0111ajucih materijala, a radna zona obezbedjena oblogama izradjenih od ner\u0111aju\u0107eg lima sa pleksiglasom \u010dime je omogu\u0107ena vizuelna kontrola radne zone.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/U4O1EInUn0A&#8221; el_width=&#8221;80&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;TEHNI\u010cKI OPIS&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221; border_width=&#8221;6&#8243; el_class=&#8221;bold&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Boce se u radnu zonu ma\u0161ine dovode putem transportera gde ih razdvaja ulazni pu\u017e koji radi u sinhronizaciji sa uvodnom zvezdom boca. Uvodna zvezda jednu po jednu bocu uvodi u radno kolo ma\u0161ine gde ih prihvataju stezaljke koje bocu hvataju u zoni grli\u0107a boce.<\/p>\n<p>Ovakvih stanica na ma\u0161ini ima 12, a sa ciljem da se obezbedi tra\u017eeni kapacitet. Stezaljke sa bocom bivaju na putu radnog kola prevrnute posredstvom kopira i nabacuju se na cev za ispiranje i dezinfekciju. Na putu odla\u017eenja boce prema izvodnoj zvezdi vrsi se ubrizgavanje fluida.<\/p>\n<p>Po izboru je mogu\u0107e ubrizgavati jedan pa drugi fluid ili po \u017eelji vr\u0161iti ispiranje pa dezinfekciju boce. Po\u0161to je boca za vreme postupka dezinfekcije okrenuta grli\u0107em nani\u017ee, fluid za dezinfekciju se sliva niz zidove boce, a nakon zavr\u0161enog postupka biva odstranjen.<\/p>\n<p>Na kraju procesa boca se prevr\u0107e u normalan polozaj i izvodna zvezda je vra\u0107a nazad na transporter.
