Tabla koja se dobija kao krajnji proizvod mo\u017ee biti promenljiva \u0161to se ti\u010de dimenzija i visina.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/ZZSbQsymO3I&#8221; el_width=&#8221;80&#8243; align=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;TEHNI\u010cKI OPIS&#8221; title_align=&#8221;separator_align_left&#8221; border_width=&#8221;6&#8243; el_class=&#8221;bold&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<strong>HEPOPAK 7200<\/strong> &#8211; Karusel linija se sastoji iz slede\u0107ih modula koji su povezani u jednu funkcionalnu celinu: postolje ma\u0161ine cenralni nosa\u010d kaseta \u2013 kalupa, sklop kasete \u2013 kalupa, sistem za doziranje emulzije sa me\u0161a\u010dem, pogon karusela \u2013 kora\u010dni, sistem za izbacivanje tuljka u \u010dvrstom agregatnom stanju, sistem no\u017eeva za prosecanje tuljka, sistem za pozicioniranje tuljka, sinhronizovani sistem izbaciva\u010da formiranih HEPO plo\u010da, elektro i pneumatsko upravlja\u010dka jedinica.<\/p>\n<p>Sistem doziranja emulzije sa me\u0161a\u010dem vr\u0161i se dvostepeno. U sklop ovog sistema ulazi transporter koji ostatke odnosno \u0161kart koji ostaje pri rasecanju tuljka dovodi do mlina, gde se \u0161kart plo\u010de usitnjavaju i kao takve ulaze u sistem za me\u0161anje nove emulzije i nastalog praha. Na taj na\u010din se dobija potpuno iskori\u0161\u0107enje mase.<\/p>\n<p>Sinhronizovani sistem izbacivaca formiranih hepo ploca sastoji se iz jednog pogonskog motor reduktora, ekscentara kao I sistema pluga.
