TESPAK 9000
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
TESPAK 9000 is intended for applying heat-shrinkable labels in already filled and closed bottles. It is one of the machines that form a line in filling, closing, labeling and forming collective product packaging. Depending on the market needs, the machine can be used to label bottles of different diameters and shapes. It can be used in the food and chemical industries. The basic version of the machine is intended for placing labels on bottles (PET bottles or bottles made of some other material).
Maximum utilization of the machine is ensured by synchronization of assemblies, which ensures maximum line capacity. The machine has its own drive, so it can work independently. It can also be delivered separately, ie the TES machine for inserting PP foil and the SLIVPAK machine, which under the action of steam acts on the heat shrinkable label and collects it around the bottle.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
TESPAK 9000 is an automatic machine, designed to place a heat-shrinkable label on bottles of different volumes. The machine operation process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). According to the type of drive elements, this is a pneumatic-mechanical machine. Delivery of full and closed bottles is done using a conveyor with a conveyor belt. With the help of the introductory screw assembly, the position of the bottles on the conveyor is precisely determined, which is very important when placing the heat-shrinkable label. After registering the bottle, the label is rewound from the reel using rubber and tensioning rollers. In relation to the shape of the bottle, the label before cutting passes through the “Torpedo” which has the task of forming the shape of the label towards the bottle. The length of the label depends on the format of the bottle.
The label is cut off using rotating knives that are activated when the sensor registers the bottle. Depending on the need, the label can be applied over the entire bottle, or up to a certain height where an assembly is used to limit the lower position of the label. After applying the label, the bottles are further transported to the steam tunnel, which has the task of delivering the steam prepared in the boiler to the chambers and directing it to the bottle.
The steam is transported by pipeline and further to the chamber. The Slivpak contains two chambers, one in which the action of steam is performed on the entire bottle and the other in which the final shaping of the label is performed. Both chambers have the ability to regulate the flow of steam. This concept has resulted in high reliability and simplicity of the machine, which is reflected in easy maintenance and adjustment. The machine is made of quality construction steels that are subject to all standards.
