MONOPAK 3000 04 2D

MONOPAK 3000 04 2D is an automatic machine for filling aluminum containers, where welding is used on both sides due to the additional treatment of the product, although it can be used for various other fillings. The most widespread application of this machine is on lines for packing ready meals, in volumes from 0,200 to 0,400 liters with a capacity of 3000 pieces per hour.

MONOPAK 3000 04 2D – The concept of the machine is such that synchronized functions are performed in the automatic cycle: taking containers from the charger with scissors and vacuum rubbers, dosing of granular materials with weighing with the Multi Head system, space for manual introduction of lumpy materials, dosing with weighing with KROHNE protometers and FESTO sphincters, lowering of aluminum lids onto aluminum containers with thermo-welding with bilateral movement of heating elements, as well as placing full closed containers on the receiving table.

Containers filled with primary mass come under the second dispenser for secondary mass. Dosing is done with protometers from KROHNE and sphincters from FESTO, which enables filling with pieces up to 8 mm, and the dispenser is powered by overpressure from the container on the machine.

The thermal welding section is designed in such a way that the heating elements from the lower side of the seat and from the upper side are activated and increase the quality of the welding of the vessel by pressure on both sides, which enables the product to undergo an additional treatment – autoclave.

The filled, closed containers are further transported to the unit for taking containers to the receptive table, from where the containers are stacked in the designated place.
