DISPENSER PD 1000 mini
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
This device is intended for measuring and dosing liquids or other substances into already formed and filled containers.
It can be used as a stand alone and as part of the PD 5000 mini.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The PD 1000 Mini is designed as a mechanism with pneumatic control drive elements.
The dosing system is designed as a piston pump mechanism, with irretrievable valves that allow precise filling of the dispenser during suction of the mass, and thus high precision and repeatability of the measured amount.
Above the dispenser there is a conical container with a lid into which the dosing mass is poured manually.
The complete device is made of stainless steel and other materials approved for use in the food industry.
