DOZATOR 500 UP V

DOZATOR 500 UP V is intended for filling containers up to 10 kilograms and for filling all types of liquid, creamy and pasty substances. It is used in food and other industries.The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in the technical and technological sense represent a unique unit: manual positioning of containers, module for dosing with force measurement, manual lowering and automatic tamping of snap-on lids.

MONOPAK 3000 04 2D – The concept of the machine is such that synchronized functions are performed in the automatic cycle: taking containers from the charger with scissors and vacuum rubbers, dosing of granular materials with weighing with the Multi Head system, space for manual introduction of lumpy materials, dosing with weighing with KROHNE protometers and FESTO sphincters, lowering of aluminum lids onto aluminum containers with thermo-welding with bilateral movement of heating elements, as well as placing full closed containers on the receiving table.Containers are taken manually and dosing is piston-type with a rotating cylinder with an adjustable funnel for the appropriate mixture with measurement by force meters. Dosing can be a natural drop or pumps that are not an integral part of the dispenser.In the next phase of the cycle, manual lowering and automatic tamping of the snap-on lid, dosing and tamping of the lids start when the start is activated
