DOZOPAK 1000 – 2000 UP
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
DOZOPAK 1000 – 2000 UP is designed for filling containers of liquid and pasty substances used in the dairy, chemical and other industries in volumes up to 1.00 liters.
It is possible to upgrade various versions of containers up to 5 liters, as well as various dosing options with the necessary adjustment of certain parameters.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
DOZOPAK 1000 – 2000 UP is horizintal type, line and automatised, with automatic apply of dishes on conveyer. According sort of drive units, this is pneumatic-mechanical machine.
The complete machine is made of stainless steel. Work process is electronically navigated by PLC unit. Machine is consist of following constitution, that represent one complete set in technical and technological sense: two-row dish conveyor, taking dishes, dosing module, lowering and charging snap-on lids.
Double row conveyor for bottles is made of stainless plate chain, tractive and tension unit and elements for precise guidance of conveyor. Constituent part of the conveyor are also elements for adjusting position of the conveyor, depending of dish size, carriers and protective bandage. On the conveyor are situated thorns for guidance and positioning of the dishes.
This mechanism provides non hitchable motion of the conveyor, and also precise positioning of the bottles in work stations. Packaging from the drum mechanism brings tact to the conveyor and it can be various shapes and sizes
Dosing module is made as piston dozer with pneumatic motion and precise mechanic measurement control. Intake of fluid is exert from a tank that is placed near the machine (on the floor). Valve system does splitting the tacts for intake and outtake of fluid.
