DOZOPAK 1000 UP 1-5L V
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
DOZOPAK 1000 UP 1 – 5L V is intended for filling containers from 1 to 5 kilograms for creamy materials for facades, but it can be used for filling all types of liquid and pasty substances used in the dairy, chemical and other industries
The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in the technical and technological sense represent a unique unit: a two-part conveyor for containers, a dosing module with weighing scales, lowering and tamping of snap-on lids and bringing filled containers to the receiving table
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The container conveyor consists of a prokron hinged belt, a drive and tension unit and elements for precise belt guidance. Elements for adjusting the position of the belt depending on the size of the packaging, as well as conveyor supports and protective coverings are an integral part of the conveyor. There are spikes on the belt that serve to guide and position the containers
The drive unit consists of a motor reducer and a stepper reducer that provides tact (stepping) movement of the belt. This mechanism ensures smooth movement of the conveyor, as well as precise positioning of containers at the dosing stations.
The taking of containers, several types up to 5 liters is automatic and the dosing is piston, designed with three dispensers and three force meters (supply by pump is realized by the user), independent of each other, so they can all measure or they can measure individually.
In the next phase of the cycle, the snap-on lid is taken and put on, which is also automatic for several types of packaging, then it is brought to the receiving table.
