DOZOPAK 1000 UP 5L RS it is designed for cutting FETA cheese, adding brine, closing containers of 5 liters and then washing and drying the container.

DOZOPAK 1000 UP 5L RS is horizontal type, linear, with manual feeding of containers on the conveyor, and automatic removal from the same. According to the type of driving elements, this is a pneumatic mechanical machine.

Complete machine is made of stainless steel. The work process is electronically controlled by PLC. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in the technical and technological sense represent a unique unit: a double-row conveyor for containers, a module for cutting FETA cheese, a module for dosing brine, lowering and tamping the snap-on lids, rinsing and drying the filled containers and taking them to the receiving table.

The double-row container conveyor consists of a stainless steal hinged belt, a drive and tension unit and elements for precise belt guidance. Elements for adjusting the position of the belt depending on the size of the packaging, as well as conveyor carrier and protective coverings are an integral part of the conveyor. There are thorns on the belt that serve to guide and position the containers.

The conveyor belt is moved with the help of an electric motor with electronic control of starting and stopping the belt. This mechanism ensures smooth movement of the conveyor, as well as precise positioning of containers at the dosing stations. The packaging from the charger is fed by the mechanism tactfully on the conveyor and it can be of various shapes and dimensions.

The filling is flowmetric, which ensures high dosing accuracy. Yogurt with pieces of fruit can also be dosed with the flowmetric system.
