DV 300

This device is intended for measuring, dosing and packaging of liquids in polystyrene and polypropylene containers, in volumes from 100 to 2000 milliliters, which are closed on the device itself with foil from a coil from simultaneous cutting.

Device DV 300 is designed as a horizontal single-line semi-automatic with pneumatic control and operating elements , with manual start of each individual cycle.

The dosing system is designed as a flowmetric mechanism, with automatic maintenance of liquid levels and overpressure in the dosing pot of the machine, which allows great precision and repeatability of the measured amount.

The dose is adjusted on the touch panel with a precision of 1 ml, and a beaker should be used to control the dosing amount. Foil welding with simultaneous trimming is driven by a pneumatic cylinder.

Moving the nest with the container and rewinding the foil is done manually.

The machine has an installation for automatic washing in CIP.
