ETPAK 1000
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
ETPAK 1000 is a special automatic system with one labeling head, designed for applying a wrapping self-adhesive label on the body of a cylindrical product. The label is glued simultaneously to the body of the passing product, and the DRP device for gluing the product gives the effect that the label sticks itself as the product rotates around its axis.
Optionally, the installation of another head as well and DSP for a rectangular bottle
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Machine base with stainless steel construction and stainless steel sheets, automatic labeling set complete with: tensioning device with pass-through paper rollers allowing labeling, roll unwinder complete with roll holder and roll guide and automatic paper unwinding, return paper winding device, long labeling device – separation of the label from the returnable paper, with mechanical adjustment of the angle, control keyboard, micro-regulation on the machine suitable for positioning the labeling head on the gluing point, pole with support bracket for transport system, DRP device for gluing labels on cylindrical products with bracket and with a guide.
