ETPAK 3000 – 6000

ETPAK 3000 – 6000 is a special automatic system with one labeling head, designed for applying a wrapping self-adhesive label on the body of a cylindrical product. The label is glued simultaneously to the body of the passing product, and the DRP device for gluing the product gives the effect that the label sticks itself as the product rotates around its axis.

Optionally can and installation of other head and DSP for rectangular bottle.

Machine base with stainless steel construction and stainless steel sheets, automatic head for labeling complete with: tensioning device with pass-through paper rollers allowing labeling, roll unwinder complete with roll holder and roll guide and automatic paper unwinding, return paper winding device, long labeling device separation of the label from the returnable paper, with mechanical adjustment of the angle, control keyboard, micro-regulation on the machine suitable for positioning the labeling head on the gluing point, pillar with support carrier for the transport system, DRP device for gluing the label to cylindrical products with carrier and guide.
