ETPAK 500 C
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
ETPAK 500 C is a mobile can labeling machine for labeling in mini breweries. It is intended for labeling cans in 0.33 l, 0.44 l and 0.5 l formats, whether they are paper or polyethylene labels. Resizing labels and starting setup is very quick and easy and takes a maximum of 5 minutes.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Machine ETPAK 500 C is a horizontal type, intended for placement on a table or a suitable stand. According to the type of drive elements, this is an electric machine.
The work process is electronically controlled. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in technical terms represent a single unit: mechanical part with label holder, input brake, system of rollers for inserting labels, photocell for slot positioning, pulling mechanism with rubber drive roller, foot pedal for starting and electrical cabinet.
The drive unit consists of a 24VDC motor to drive the rubber traction roller. The start of labeling, after manual placement of the can, is done with a foot pedal and the stop is regulated electronically by means of a photo cell. Replacement of cans is done manually, and the speed of labeling depends on the training of the operator and can be much higher.
ETPAK 500 C is made of stainless steel.
