FORMOPAK 1500 – 6000 butter

FORMOPAK 1500 – 6000 is an automatic machine intended for forming, measuring, dosing and closing small PVC and polystyrene containers, with the simultaneous production of this packaging on the machine itself, by the thermoforming process. It is specially made for packaging creamy and pasty substances, such as: butter, cheese spreads (ABC), butter and the like (possible and warm packaging at 75 degrees for containers of 15 and 20 grams) in sizes of 15 and 20 grams, which are closed on the device itself with aluminum foil (two tools).

At the request of the customer, additional sets of interchangeable tools for packing 1 x 125 grams and 1 x 250 grams are delivered with the machine. Closing is done by thermal welding using a constantly heated iron. The machine is shielded with a stainless steel construction and plexiglass from the zone of forming vessels to the zone of thermal welding with a constantly heated iron (machines of this type are not designed to work in over pressure). Butter is not heated because it is filled at room temperature, while warm packaging at 75 ° C of melted or spread cheeses is possible.

According to the mode of operation and control characteristics, this is a two-row line machine, horizontal, with a tact mode of operation. It consists of several units – modules, integrated into one functional unit, whose operation is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).

According to the type of drive, this machine is a combination of pneumatic and mechanical mechanisms, which also perform the functions of forming containers, measuring and dosing mass, closing containers, cutting, taking out of the machine and winding waste foil. This machine is equipped with a dosing pot, formed as a double, which allows maintaining the temperature of the mass during dosing (butter is filled at room temperature). The dosing system is designed as a piston pump mechanism, with a valve system that allows precise filling of the dispenser during suction, and therefore the high precision and repeatability of the measured amount (The system is connected to the CIP washing). According to the buyer request, the butter is transported with the help of an elevator. The pump for the transfer of butter has a capacity of 4m3 / hour of work, pressure up to 5 bar, the pump speed is 315 / min, the capacity of the receiving basket is 100 l, while it is driven by an electric motor drive with a power of 2.2 kW. All elements of the pump that are in contact with the transported fluid are made of stainless steel Č 4580, and the stator of the pump is made of white NBR (70 shore). During washing the spindle, rotor and pipeline are dismantled and immerse for washing. The warranty on the pump is one year, while the stator is not subject to the warranty, while in the price is included one more spare stator. At the request of the user, the butter is transported from the churn to the dosing vessel, and a draft of the investors room is required to make an additional offer. The containers are closed with aluminum foil with thermal varnish, wound on a reel, with or without printing. After welding, the tape is cut off, and the filled containers fall on the conveyor that takes them out of the machine (automatic waste winding). The temperature of the iron is controlled by a thermoregulator. The date print depends on the customer wishes – otherwise it is done with three two-digit numbers, but it is adjusted to the customer wishes. All elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel and other materials certified for use in the food industry.
