FORMOPAK 1500 – 6000 honey

FORMOPAK 1500 – 6000 is an automatic machine intended for measuring, dosing and closing of small PVC and polystyrene containers, with the simultaneous production of this packaging on the machine itself, by the thermoforming process. It can be used for packaging creamy and pasty substances, such as: marmalade, honey, etc., in sizes from 10 to 30 grams, which are closed on the device itself with aluminum foil.

Depending on the customers requirements, various options of containers up to 250 grams are possible. Closing is done by thermal welding using a constantly heated iron.

According to the mode of operation and control characteristics, this is a two-row line machine, horizontal, with a tact mode of operation. It consists of several units – modules, combined into one functional unit, whose operation is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).

According to the type of drive, this machine is a combination of pneumatic and mechanical mechanisms, which perform the functions of forming cans, measuring and dosing mass, closing containers, cutting, removing from the machine and winding the waste foil. This machine is equipped with a dosing pot, formed as a double, which allows maintaining the temperature of the mass during dosing. The dosing system is designed as a piston pump mechanism with drip blocking, with a valve system that allows precise filling of the dispenser during suction, and therefore high precision and repeatability of the measured amount. The containers are closed with aluminum foil with thermal varnish, wound on a reel, with or without printing. After welding, the strip is cut off, and the filled containers fall on the conveyor that takes them out of the machine. The temperature of the iron is controlled by a thermoregulator. All elements of the machine that come into contact with the packaging material are made of stainless steel and other materials certified for use in the food industry.
