HEPOPAK 7200
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
HEPOPAK 7200 – Carousel line for HEPO cubes is designed for the production of boards, i.e. cubes based on a mixture of emulsion and acid. The board that is obtained as a final product can be variable in terms of dimensions and heights.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
HEPOPAK 7200 – The carousel line consists of the following modules that are connected into one functional unit: the machine base, the central carrier of the cassette – mold, the assembly of the cassette – mold, the emulsion dosing system with a mixer, the carousel drive – stepper, the system for ejecting the bushing in a solid aggregate state, system of knives for cutting the bushing, system for positioning the bushing, synchronized ejector system of formed HEPO plates, electric and pneumatic control unit.
The emulsion dosing system with mixer is performed in two stages. The assembly of this system includes a conveyor that brings the remains, i.e. the scrap that remains when cutting the bushing, to the mill, where the scrap plates are crushed and as such enter the system for mixing the new emulsion and the resulting powder. In this way, full utilization of the mass is obtained.
The synchronized ejector system of formed HEPO plates consists of a drive motor reducer, an eccentric as well as a plow system. Through the dividing reducer, the start of two ejection systems, which are placed at an angle of 90° to each other, is ensured.
