KZ 800 D
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
This device is intended for measuring, dosing and packing liquids in polystyrene and polypropylene cups, in volumes from 100 to 500 milliliters, which are closed on the device with aluminum lids. It is designed for dosing sour milk products, and may be used also for other substances, as in the food, as well as in other industries.
It can be made for various types of packaging, most often for a cup Φ 75 or for a cup Φ 95 or for both cups (Φ 75 and Φ 95).
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The KZ 800 D is designed as a horizontal single-row rotary semiautomatic with manual control and drive elements, with manual starting of each individual cycle.
The dosing system is designed as a time-volume mechanism, with automatic maintenance of the liquid level in the dosing pot of the machine, which allows great precision and repeatability of the measured amount.
The production program also includes a version with a piston dispenser and a rotary dosing valve, suitable for dosing creams and pasty substances (type KZ 800 DK).
