MONOPAK 12000 02 P

MONOPAK 12000 02 P is an automatic machine for filling and sealing pate in the meat industry in containers according to the sample, in volumes from 30 to 150 grams in Ф 75 mm containers, with a capacity of 12000 pieces per hour.

The concept of the machine is such that, in an automatic cycle, synchronized functions are performed: taking containers from the clip, dosing with measurement, taking lids from the clip, welding the lids, ink-jet dating, placing the full closed containers on the conveyor on which the containers are rotated 180 degrees, and then the pate is taken to the receiving table and the hydraulic platform by another conveyor

This eight-row, linear horizontal machine works in clock mode, and according to the type of drive and mode of functioning, it represents a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules

The role of interphase connection of all the elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the containers from one mechanism to another, up to the container ejector, which takes them to the receiving conveyor, from where, through the rotation of the containers, it takes them to the receiving table and the hydraulic platform with a basket, after which the pate goes to the autoclave on a cart

The dosing zone is located in the armored part of the machine. Dosing is piston-type, with volumetric measuring of the amount, and the dispenser is fed from a container located on the machine above the dispenser.

The thermovar is adapted to the product that goes into the autoclave, that means both the lower and upper irons are temperature-maintained

When exiting the machine, the pâté is turned 180 degrees, brought to the receiving platform, and an integral part of the machine is a hydraulic platform with a cart and a basket for the autoclave
