MONOPAK 1500 05 3D plus

MONOPAK 1500 05 3D plus is an automatic machine for packing pasty, liquid and loose products in polystyrene or polypropylene cups. This machine has the most massive application on product packaging lines that are subsequently mixed before use, in volumes from 0.050 to 0.250 liters.

The concept of the machine is such that in the automatic cycle synchronized functions are performed: taking cups from the cartridge, dosing fruit, dosing with measuring yogurt in the same cups on fruit, taking a shallow glass and lowering it into an existing one, dosing crunch into another shallow glass, taking lids, welding lids, and disposing of full closed cups on the reception table.

The level of automation enables minimal engagement of the workforce, and the large capacity ensures its quick profitability.

This single-row, linear horizontal machine works in the tact mode, and according to the type of drive and mode of operation is a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.
The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the cups from one mechanism to another, all the way to the cup ejector which takes them to the receiving table from where the worker collects them and packs them collectively.
Dosage fruit is a piston, with volume quantities by weighing and supply dispensers may also be made from a special conical funnel which is located on the machine.
The dosing of yoghurt is piston, with volumetric measuring of the quantity, and the dispenser can be fed from the container located on the machine.
The dosing of the crunch is with bucket dispensers with measuring the quantity, and it is done from the funnel on the dispenser.
The base of the machine, protective linings, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel.
The machine is delivered with a carrier for ink yet.
The machine is supplied with complete documentation (operating and maintenance instructions with electrical and pneumatic diagrams and certificates) as well as a set of spare parts.
This concept has resulted in high reliability and simplicity of the machine, which is reflected in easy maintenance and adjustment, as well as short service time.
