MONOPAK 1500 – 12000 05 02 UP clean

MONOPAK 1500 – 12000 05 02 UP clean – is automatic machine for packaging liquid products and creams into polystirene or polypropylene small cups. The massive application of this machine is on the lines for packaging sour milk products and cream cheese, in volumes from 0,10 to 0,50 liters. Machine is with changeable cups, dosers, taking cups and lids for packaging in cups from 0,2 and 0,5 litres (Φ 75 and Φ 95). Can conception with one type of packaging but also with more interchangeable tools for additional packaging.

Transition from one packing to another is up to 10 (ten) minut.

The conception of this machine is such, that in automatic process synchronized functions are performed: taking the cups from clip with UV lamp treatment, dosage with measuring in overpressure, taking the lids from clip with UV lamp treatment, welding the lids, ink-jet dating, fitting snap-on lids and placing full closed glasses on the receiving turntable.

This single-row or multi-row line horizontal machine which works in tact mode of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, this machine represents combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms-modules. Motoreductor moves the machine, which over splitter drive moves the main beam of the machine and stepper motor of transporter. On the split reductor is wheel with safety pin, who keep the machine of overcharge. Conveyor has the role of interphase connecting all the elements of the cycles of the machine, that is transfer, which take up the cups from one to another mechanism , to cup ejector which finally ejects it on the receiving turntable, from where worker collect them and packs. The treatment of cups and lids with UV lamps as well as the dosing zone are located in the shielded part of the machine and in the overpressure zone.

The dosing is with the KROHNE flowmeters and the FESTO sphincters, which also allows filling with fruit pieces up to 8 mm, and the dispenser feeds from the container located on the machine. The CIP washer is fully automatic and four rotary valves are an integral part of the machine. Mount machines, preventive coverings, and other elements which are in contact with substance for packaging, are made of stainless steel.

Machine can be deliverd with spar and ink-jet stamp, as well as the mechanism for putting PVC pop up lids.
