PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
MONOPAK 1500 – 3000 05 Z is automatic machine for packaging granular, powder and loose products in polystyrene or polypropylene cups. This machine is most massive used on packaging lines for dry or duvan čvarci and other small pieces of goods.
The concept of the machine is such that, in an automatic cycle, synchronized functions are performed: taking cups from the charger, dosing of dry čvarci with measurement Multi Head system, thermo-welding with PP foil, lowering and tamping of snap-on lids, dating and putting full closed cups on the receiving rotary table.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This single-row, linear horizontal machine works in clock mode, and according to the type of drive and mode of functioning, it is a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.
The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transports the cups from one mechanism to another, all the way to the ejector of the cups, which takes them to the receiving table, from where the worker collects them and packs them collectively.
Dosing is done by the Multi Head system with 10 heads with measurement, and the dispenser is fed by a conveyor with special paddles from a 100-kilogram basket with a vibro head for dispersing the čvarci.
After dosing is the iron and knife clamp assembly for for cutting the PVC foil. This assembly has the task of holding the foil, which seals the container, hold it with a clamp, weld it to the wreath of the container and cut it along the contour of the container.
The system for pulling the PVC foil is of the electric motor type in a cycle that pulls the foil over the containers while simultaneously winding up the waste.
The base of the machine, protective covers, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packed are made of stainless steel.
The machine is supplied with a traversal and ink-jet printer.
