MONOPAK 1500 – 3000 10 SS T UP clean
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
MONOPAK 1500 – 3000 10 SS T UP clean is an automatic machine for packing fresh (fsmall) cheese in polystyrene or polypropylene containers in the over pressure zone (sterile air HEPA filter, class H14) with thermo weld in volumes from 0.25 to 1.00 liters.
The concept of the machine is such that in the automatic cycle synchronized functions are performed: taking containers from the cartridge with UV lamp treatment, dosing with weighing in over pressure (additional container with pump for delivery of fresh cheese), taking aluminum lids from the cartridge with UV lamp treatment, welding lids, ink-jet dating, setting snap-on lids and placing full closed cups on the reception desk.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This single-row or double-row, linear horizontal machine works in the tact mode and according to the type of drive and mode of operation is a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.
Motor reducer drives the machine, which over splitter drive runs the main shaft of the machine, as well as stepping reducer conveyors. There is a sprocket with a safety pin on the distribution gear, which protects the machine from overload. The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by a conveyor (automatic chain lubrication), which transfers containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the container ejector which takes them to the receiving table from where the worker collects and collectively packs them.
The treatment of cups and lids with UV lamps as well as the dosing zone are located in the shielded part of the machine with purified air (HEPA filter) and in the overpressure zone. The HEPA filter sucks in the surrounding air through the pre-filter, purifies it with an absolute filter and sends it to the shielded part of the machine. There is a precise manometer on the filter housing itself, which reads the pressure difference between the environment and the shielded part of the machine, where the dosing valve, UV treatment of the cups and UV treatment of the Al lids are located.
This provides great bacteriological safety when packaging dairy products. Dosing is by volume, and the dispenser is fed from an additional vessel with a pump for the delivery of fresh cheese. After the thermo weld, an ink-jet printer is mounted on the machine, and in the next phase, taking and inserting the snap-on lid. CIP washing is automated, and the machine is equipped with a PLC and a touch monitor. The base of the machine, protective linings, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel.
