MONOPAK 1500 – 4500 F

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

MONOPAK 1500 – 4500 10 F is an automatic machine for packing chemical products in polypropylene containers, which are closed with polypropylene snap-on lids. This machine has the most massive application on the packaging for final construction works, semi-dispersions and dispersions in containers of 1.2 and 1.7 kilograms. The concept of the machine is such that synchronized functions are performed in the automatic cycle: taking containers from the cartridge, dosing with weighing, taking the lids, closing (pressing) the snap-on lid and depositing full closed containers on the receiving table.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This is serial, line horizontal machine which works in tact mode of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, it represents a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.

The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the container ejector, which takes them to the receiving table from where the worker collects and packs them.

The conveyor is placed on its own stand in which there is a mechanism for raising and lowering, which adjusts the height of the belt in relation to the height of the container to be filled. When filling 1.2 kg containers, the conveyor is placed in the upper position, while for 1.7 kg containers it is lowered. The elevator drive is electric. The dosing is piston, with volumetric measuring of the quantity, and the dosing is done from the silo next to the machine. The machine is equipped with a frequency regulator with the help of which the speed of work is changed, that it capacity is changed.
