PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

Machine for filling  MONOPAK 200 T UP 5L clean is intended for filling dishes for cheese spread but can be used for filling all types of liquid, creamy and pasty substances used in dairy, chemical and other industries.

On this machine may be packaged in the container up the size and dimensions with the highest volume of up to 0,50 to 5 liters, with the necessary adjustment of certain parameters.

The transition from one package to another takes up to 10 (ten) minutes.

The concept of this machine is such that in the automatic cycle there are few synchronized functions performed: lowering the dishes into the tray conveyors, dosing with measuring, taking the lids with pre-welding, welding the lids, taking pop up lids, snapping pop up lids, ink-yet date stamp (ink-jet is not an integral part of the offer, but carrier of ink–jet head is), and putting at reception table.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This is one serial, line horizontal machine which works in tact mode of operation and according to kind of drive and way of functioning, this machine represents combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms-modules. Motoreductor moves the machine over pitch gear of conveyor. On the split reductor is wheel with safety pin, who keep the machine of overcharge. Conveyor has the role of interphase connecting all the elements of the cycles of the machine (automatic chain lubrication), that is transfer, which spread the dishes from one to another mechanism, to dish ejector which finally ejects it on to reception table, from where operator takes over and packs them collectively.

Treatment of cups and lids with UV lamps as a zone located in the dosage of the armored machines with filtrated air (HEPA filter), and pressure zone (see picture). HEPA filter absorb surrounding air through front filter, filtrate it an absolute filter and sends the enclosed part of the machine. In the filter housing is precision manometer which reads the difference in pressure between the environment and enclosed part of the machine, where are placed dosing valve, UV treatment cups and UV treatment of Al covers. This provides a great bacteriological security during the packaging of dairy products. The dosage is volumetric (piston), the doser supplys from added tank.

After thermowelding, at the machine, is installed ink-jet printer. At the next phase is taking and putting pop up lids. Washing CIP is fully automated, machine is equipped with PLC and touch monitor. Mount machines , preventive coverings, and other elements which comes to contact with liquid are made of stainless steel.
