PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

MONOPAK 2000 F UP clean -is an automatic machine for filling polystyrene or polypropylene containers of feta cheese in the over pressure zone. This machine has the most massive application on the lines for packaging sour-milk products, feta cheeses, in volumes from 0.20 to 1.00 liters. The machine can work with several different diameters of the container. The transition from one package to another takes up to 10 (ten) minutes.

The concept of the machine is such that in the automatic cycle synchronized functions are performed: automatic lowering of containers into the conveyor belt, dosing of anti-stick, dosing of rennet through a static mixer together with concentrate with weighing, dosing of anti-foaming, taking of aluminum lids with pre welding, welding of Al lids, lowering and pressing of snap-on lids, traverse for ink-jet as well as taking out on the receiving table

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This two-row, linear horizontal machine works in the tact mode, and according to the type of drive and the way of functioning, it represents a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules. Motor reducer drives the machine, which over splitter drive runs the main shaft of the machine, as well as stepping reducer conveyors. There is a sprocket with a safety pin on the distribution gear, which protects the machine from overload.

The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the container ejector, which takes them to the receiving table from where the worker collects them and puts them in the desired place.

The base of the machine, protective linings, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel.

The treatment of containers and lids with UV lamps as well as the dosing zone are located in the shielded part of the machine with purified air (HEPA filter) and in the overpressure zone. The HEPA filter sucks in the surrounding air through the pre-filter, purifies it with an absolute filter and sends it to the shielded part of the machine. There is a precise manometer on the filter housing itself, which reads the pressure difference between the environment and the shielded part of the machine, where the dosing valve, UV treatment of the cups and UV treatment of the Al lids are located.

Dosing is piston with metering and the dispenser is powered from three vessels – rennet, concentrate and anti stick with anti-foaming.
