MONOPAK 2000 S UP

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

MONOPAK 2000 S UP is a semi-automatic machine for already filled polystyrene or polypropylene containers (usually with white cheese or feta) in which a liquid mass (usually brine) is additionally dosed. This machine has the most massive application on the lines for packaging sour-milk products, feta and hard cheeses, in volumes from 0.25 to 1.0 liters.

The transition from one package to another takes up to 10 (ten) minutes. The concept of the machine is such that in a semi-automatic cycle synchronized functions are performed: manual lowering of full containers into the conveyor belt bearing, dosing of liquid (brine) with weighing, taking aluminum lids with pre welding, welding lids, lowering and compacting snap-on lids and .

Various options are possible – taking containers, dosing pieces of fruit.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

This two-row, linear horizontal machine works in the clock mode, and according to the type of drive and the way of functioning, it represents a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.
The machine drives  motor reducer via a stepper conveyor reducer.

There is a sprocket with a safety pin on the distribution gear, which protects the machine from overload. The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the container ejector which takes them to the receiving table from where the worker collects them and puts them in the desired place. The base of the machine, protective linings, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel. The dosing is piston with metering and the dosing is supplied from the vessel located on the machine.

The machine comes with complete documentation (operating and maintenance instructions with electrical and pneumatic diagrams and certificates) as well as a set of spare parts. This concept has resulted in high reliability and simplicity of the machine, which is reflected in easy maintenance and adjustment, as well as short service time.
