MONOPAK 3000 10 P TF clean

MONOPAK 3000 10 P TF clean is an automatic machine for packing liquid products and creams in polystyrene containers with welding with PP foil and polystyrene snap-on lids in the over pressure zone. This machine has the most massive application on lines for packaging sour milk products in volumes from 0.70 to 1.00 liters in containers with snap-on lids, with a capacity of 3000 pieces per hour.

The concept of the machine is such that in the automatic cycle synchronized functions are performed: taking containers from the cartridge with UV lamp treatment, dosing with weighing, taking lids from the cartridge with UV lamp treatment, lowering the lids, stuffing the lids, ink-jet dating and disposing of full closed cups on the receiving rotary table.

On the distributor reducer there is a sprocket with a safety pin, which protects the machine from overload. The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by a conveyor, which carries the cups from one mechanism to another, to cup ejector which it is receiving on the rotary table from which operators collects them and collectively packed.

The machine is made for filling into containers according to the sample. Dosing is with KROHNE flowmeters and FESTO sphincters, which enables filling with pieces of fruit up to 8 mm, and the dispenser is powered from the container located on the machine.

Filled containers are transported to the PP foil closure assembly. The foil is rewound by means of an electric motor, the assembly is equipped with a waste winding system. Slicing PP film is done with specially profiled knives that are adapted to the format and shape of the container.

The machine is equipped with a control unit with a touch panel for easier control of the parameters of the exploitation process.
CIP washing is fully automated and four rotary valves are an integral part of the machine. The base of the machine, protective linings, and other elements that come into contact with the material to be packaged are made of stainless steel. The machine comes with a traverse and ink-jet printer.
