MONOPAK 4500 05 2D clean

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

MONOPAK 4500 05 2D clean is an automatic machine for packing liquid products and creams in polystyrene or polypropylene cups. This machine has the most massive application on the lines for packing various spreads, and cream cheeses, in volumes from 0.050 to 0.250 liters in glasses Φ 95 and Φ110 mm, with a capacity of 4500 pieces per hour.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The concept of the machine is such that synchronized functions are performed in the automatic cycle: taking containers from the cartridge with scissors and vacuum rubbers, dosing with weighing in overpressure with rotating cylinders, welding PP lids with automatic rewinding of foil, and placing full closed containers on the receiving table.

This four-row, linear horizontal machine works in a tact mode, and according to the type of drive and mode of operation is a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules

Motor reducer drives the machine, which over splitter drive runs the main shaft of the machine, as well as stepping reducer conveyors. On the distributor reducer there is a sprocket with a safety pin, which protects the machine from overload

The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers the containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the ejector of the containers, which takes them to the receiving table from where the server collects and packs them.

The machine is shielded with a stainless steel skeleton with plexiglass.

The machine is designed for filling into containers Φ 110 mm.

Once the containers are fed automatically into the stepper conveyor, they come under a dispenser that dispenses the primary mass (80% of the total weight). This dispenser is volumetric with rotating cylinders and its dose can be adjusted in a given range. The mass to the dispenser comes from a vertical pot that has a mixer. The vessel is equipped with a washing and disinfection system as well as a product level control system.

Filled containers with primary mass come under the dispenser for secondary mass (20% of the total weight). It is also a volumetric dosing with rotated cylinders with the possibility of adjusting the dose, but this is a dispenser that is lowered and raised in the dosing process using a system with pneumatic cylinders. In this way, the dosing secondary masses can be immersed in the previously dosed primary mass.

If the mass analysis shows poor results when lowering the dispenser, the same system as on the main dispenser would be applied

The secondary mass is delivered to the dispenser from a horizontal vessel with level regulation and a mixer. The vesel is equipped with a washing system in the CIP as well as a level  regulation

It is important to note that in this system MONOPAK 4500 05 2D clean can be dosed first primary and then secondary mass

Filled containers with primary and secondary mass are transported to the closure assembly with PP foil. The foil is rewound by means of an electric motor, the assembly is equipped with a waste winding system. Cutting of PP foil is done with specially profiled knives that are adapted to the appearance and shape of the container.

The machine is equipped with a control unit with a touch panel for easier control of the parameters of the exploitation process.

Filled, closed containers are further transported to the container delivery assembly on a receiving table from where the containers are stacked in the provided place.

All dosing functions are performed in an environment that is in overpressure with sterilized air.
