MONOPAK 900 UP
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
MONOPAK 900 UP – is intended for automatic taking of containers (several types), filling of one-color and two-colors cream, taking and tamping of snap-on lids and taking out containers on the receiving rotating table.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
MONOPAK 900 UP is machine of the horizontal type, linear and automated, with automatic loading of containers on the conveyor. According to the type of drive elements, this is a pneumatic-mechanical machine. The complete machine is made of stainless steel, and the work process is program controlled.
The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in technical and technological terms represent a single unit: a conveyor for containers, a module for two-colors dosing with maintaining the temperature of the mass, a module for releasing lids and a module for tamping lids. The container conveyor consists of a stainless steel hinge belt, a drive and tensioning unit and elements for precise belt guidance. An integral part of the conveyor are elements for adjusting the position of the belt depending on the size of the packaging, as well as conveyor carriers and protective coverings. The drive unit consists of a pneumatic drive with an encoder that provides tact movement of the tape according to the program request. This mechanism ensures the fast movement of the conveyor, as well as the precise positioning of the containers on the workstations. The dosing module is designed as a piston dispenser with pneumatic drive and precise mechanical control of the dosing quantity. The liquid is sucked in from a vessel in which the temperature is maintained with hot water and is located above the machine.
The valve system separates the tacts of suction and pushing of the liquid. Due to the filling of the two-colors cream, the dispenser maintains the temperature on the way of the cream from the dispenser to the container. The module for taking and lowering the lids is made so that the lids from the cartridge are transferred to the container via a vacuum arm, and on the next mechanism they are loaded onto the container in front of the turntable.
There is space for an ink-jet printer on the conveyor belt. The finished containers are automatically taken out on a rotating reception table.
