PAK 12000
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
PAK 12000 is an air knife and the main purpose of the machine is that by means of a thin film of air removes impurities and moisture from the packaging of any type or format.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
PAK 12000 represents the machine which belongs to the line or the packaging to be treated in this machine passes via a conveyor which is at any moment does not stop, but the bottle is transported through the machine continuously.
As mentioned, the purpose of the machine is to remove all drops of condensate and dirt that can be found on its outer walls from the outer part of the packaging. The process is performed by treating the bottles with compressed air.
In the case of the machine line, PAK 12000 is usually placed between the machine that performs rinsing, filling and closing of packaging and the machine that performs labeling of packaging.
