PAKUP 4500

PAKUP 4500 is a semi-automatic machine for manual loading of filled containers and automatic loading of snap-on lids. This machine has the most massive application on packaging lines for a wide range of products and packaging, in various volumes and shapes of packaging wreaths, with a capacity of 4500 pieces per hour.

The concept of the machine is such that the filled containers are manually inserted into the cups provided for that purpose and the machine tactfully moves the containers until they are automatically taken and in the next stroke of filling the snap lids and placing full closed containers Æ 110 on the receiving table.

This three-row, linear horizontal machine works in the tact mode, and according to the type of drive and the way of functioning, it is a combination of mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms – modules.

The machine is driven by a gear motor via a step gear.

The role of interphase connection of all elements of the machine cycle is performed by the conveyor, which transfers containers or containers from one mechanism to another, all the way to the ejector which takes them to the receiving table from where the server collects them and collectively packaged or implemented in the continuation of the line (not the subject of the offer).

The capacity of the machine is 4500 pieces per hour with the possibility of reducing the capacity if necessary.

The vacuum arm is tied to the row and it accepts either none or all three lids, you can choose one of them.

The machine can be delivered with a traverse and ink-jet printer if it is necessary to print the date.

The machine comes with complete documentation (operating and maintenance instructions with electrical and pneumatic diagrams and certificates) as well as a set of spare parts.
