PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
This device is intended for measuring, dosing and packaging of liquid, pasty and creamy substances in polystyrene and polypropylene cup Ø75 and Ø95, in volumes from 100 to 500 ml, which are closed on the device with aluminum lids. It is designed for dosing sour milk products, and can be used for other substances, both in the food and other industries.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The device PD KZ 800 05/02 is designed as a horizontal single-line rotary semi-automatic with manual control and operating elements, starting with the hand of each cycle.
The dosing system is designed as a piston pump mechanism, with pneumatically operated valves that allow precise filling of the dispenser when sucking the mass, and thus high precision and repeatability of the measured amount.
The mechanism for adjusting the dosing quantity is made in the form of a helical spindle and functions as a hard stroke limiter for the pneumatic cylinder piston rod.
The complete device is made of stainless steel and other materials approved for use in the food industry.
