PERPAK 1000

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

PERPAK 1000 is an automatic machine designed for rinsing and disinfecting bottles on the filling line.

It is designed so that it can work independently with the addition of a conveyor that takes the bottles out of the machine.

The machine is designed as a circular, vertical, which allows easy adjustment and easy access to vital parts of the machine.

For the process of rinsing and disinfection, it is possible to use fluids of your choice (peracetic acid, chlorine, ozone …), based on the prescribed technological requirements and possibilities provided by the customer of the machine.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The bottles are brought into the working zone of the machine by manually inserting the bottles in the determined position. The step reducer introduces one bottle at a time into the impeller of the machine via clamps that catch the bottle in the neck area of the bottle. There are 8 such stations on the machine, with the aim of providing the required capacity. The clamps with the bottle are overturned on the way of the impeller and are thrown on the pipe for rinsing and disinfection. Fluid is injected on the way from the bottle to the outlet conveyor. Since the bottle is turned upside down during the disinfection procedure, the disinfection fluid flows down the walls of the bottle, and after the procedure is completed, it is removed. At the end of the process, the bottle is turned over to the normal position and, with the help of a pneumatic cylinder, exits to the output conveyor belt, which in automatic operation takes it to the filling machine.

If there is an interruption or discontinuity in the supply of bottles, the machine will stop and with a new entry of bottles and activation of the command, it will continue to work.

PERPAK is made of stainless steel.
