PF 500

This machine is intended for measuring, dosing and packing liquids in “poly-pack” bags, which are formed from a polyethylene hose on the machine itself. It is designed for dosing milk and sour milk products, and can be used for other substances, both in the food and other industries.
Depending on the customer requirements, dosing in a wider volume range is possible.
There is also an option for filling fresh cheese PF 500 S as well as glue PF 500 L

The PF 500 is designed as a vertical single row semi automatic machine with pneumatic control drive elements, manual packing and starting of each individual cycle.
The dosing system is designed as a time-volume mechanism, with automatic maintenance of the liquid level in the dosing pot of the machine, which allows great precision and repeatability of the measured amount.
The amount is adjusted using potentiometers for coarse and fine dosing, and a measuring cup should be used to control the dosing amount. Closing and cutting the bag is done using a pulse heater on a horizontal press.
