SEBOPAK 1000

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

SEBOPAK 1000 is intended for filling, closing and dating bottles with a wider neck (maybe another neck), for packaging all types of still liquids used in the dairy, chemical, juice industry, etc. (can also be a standard throat). Bottles in two sizes can be packed on this machine, with a maximum volume of up to one liter, with the necessary adjustment of certain parameters.

The SEBOPAK 1000 P machine is identical to the SEBOPAK 1000 machine, except for the dosing method, which is done by lowering the dosing tube to the bottom of the bottle or jar and then dosing the liquid by raising the tube. This type of dosage is used for foaming liquids.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The SEBOPAK 1000 machine is of the horizontal type, linear and automated, with manual loading of bottles on the conveyor. According to the type of drive elements, this is a pneumatic-mechanical machine.
The work process is electronically controlled. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in technical and technological terms represent a single unit: bottle conveyor, dosing module, unit for adding and charging caps, winding caps, dating, receiving turntable. The bottle conveyor consists of a prochronic hinge belt, a drive and tensioning unit and elements for precise belt guidance. An integral part of the conveyor are the elements for adjusting the position of the belt depending on the size of the packaging, as well as the carriers of the conveyor and the protective cover. There are thorns on the bar that serve to guide and position the bottles.

The drive unit consists of a motor reducer and a step reducer that provides tactful (step) movement of the belt. This mechanism ensures fast movement of the conveyor, as well as precise positioning of the bottles on the workstations. The dosing module is designed as a piston dispenser with pneumatic drive and precise mechanical control of the dosing quantity. Suction of liquid is done from a container located next to the machine (‘from the floor’). The valve system separates the strokes of suction and pushing of the liquid. The unit for adding and inserting the cap consists of a cartridge in which the caps are placed, a rotary feeder, a channel for guiding the lids, as well as a pneumatic mechanism for inserting the cap on the bottle

SEBOPAK is made of stainless steel and the process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
