SEBOPAK 200 B
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
SEBOPAK 200 B is intended for filling and closing balloons with a wider neck (can also have a second neck), for packing all kinds of still liquids used in the dairy, food, chemical, juice industries, etc. Balloons of several sizes can be packed on this machine, with the largest volume up to 20 liters, with the necessary adjustment of certain parameters.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The SEBOPAK 200 B machine is horizontal type, linear and automated, with manual feeding of balloons onto the conveyor. According to the type of driving elements, this is a pneumatic mechanical machine.
The work process is electronically controlled. The machine consists of the following assemblies, which in the technical and technological sense represent a unique unit: conveyor for balloons, dosing module, unit for adding and tamping closures, twisting closures, dating, receiving turntable. The conveyor for balloons consists of a Prokron hinged belt, a drive and tension unit and elements for precise belt guidance. Elements for adjusting the position of the belt depending on the size of the packaging, as well as conveyor supports and protective coverings are an integral part of the conveyor. There are spikes on the tape that are used to guide and position the balloon.
The drive unit consists of a motor reducer and a stepper reducer that provides tact (stepping) movement of the belt. This mechanism ensures smooth movement of the conveyor, as well as precise positioning of the balloon on the workstations. The dosing module is KROHNE flowmeters and FESTO sphincters, which enables precisely dosed quantities. The supply of liquid under overpressure is done from the container located on the machine. The unit for adding and pressing the closures consists of a magazine in which the closures are placed, a rotary feeder, a channel for guiding the caps, as well as a pneumatic mechanism for pressing the closures on the bottle. The shutter winding unit consists of a base, a motor with a transmission mechanism, a pneumatic cylinder for guiding the shutter head as well as the shutter head itself
SEBOPAK 200 B is made of stainless steel and the process is managed by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
