SLIVPAK 1000

PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE

This semi-automatic tunnel is intended for sliving bottles on which a SLEEVE label has been previously attached, which has the ability to thermally shrink, and thus adheres to the product and gives it a final look. SLIVPAK 1000 is designed to work in a line or as a stand-alone machine. Water vapor can be provided as an energy source independently (if the user has a boiler room) or a steam generator can be delivered with the machine.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The SLIVPAK 1000 line is semi-automatic and consists of several modules that form a functional unit.

Filled bottles with a label reach the machine with a hinged conveyor, which passes through the chamber. The conveyor is equipped with a drive and return group, as well as tensioning units. It is driven by a gear motor, with a fixed belt speed. The thermo pouring chamber is placed on a stand, and the foil is heated in it and glued to the bottle. Water vapor in the chamber heats the label, which, under the influence of temperature, collects and adheres to the bottle.

The temperature inside the chamber is regulated by the temperature or the amount of steam supplied. The chamber at the inlet and outlet has curtains that prevent the uncontrolled exit of steam outside or the entry of the surrounding, cold air into it. The steam for draining is brought to the chamber by a pipeline system and blown into it through a nozzle, where it heats the drain label with the brought thermal energy. Excess water vapor, which did not condense during the heating process, is extracted from the chamber by a centrifugal fan, creating a vacuum. The vacuum in the chamber is regulated by valves on the fan intake. Water vapor is transported out of the room by a flexible hose.
