TERMOPAK 12000 W
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
TERMOPAK 12000 W – is intended for individual and group packaging of products in foil, which has the ability to thermally shrink, and in that way it adheres to the product and makes protection from external influences, and with group packaging it achieves good homogeneity of the package. In this way, a large number of products can be packaged, and it has found the most massive application in group packaging of all types of bottles, boxes, bags, etc., in the food and chemical industry, especially in products for mass consumption.
TERMOPAK 12000 W is specially adapted for collective packaging of bottles, brick-pack, pure-pack packaging and the cycle is performed in continuous operation – wrap around.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
TERMOPAK 12000 W is fully automatic and consists of several units – devices that make up a functional unit. Filled and closed bottles goes by a hinged conveyor to the machine, where they are accepted by the input modular conveyor. Coming at the mixer and the longitudinal guides, the arrangement of the bottles along the width of the modular conveyor begins and until all the columns are filled along the longitudinal guides. Thus directed and arranged the bottles come to the stopper. By alternately operating the front and rear stops, a group of bottles is played in the specified format. The bottle pack moves forward carried by a modular conveyor and hits the chain conveyor barrier. The barrier moves more slowly than the modular tape, so that it retains the package that remains formed, with the help of side and longitudinal stoppers that do not allow the bottles to move from one column to another. The package guided in this way reaches the end of the modular conveyor, where the stop plate is located. The bottles in the formed arrangement remain on the plate, while the barrier goes forward. The next bar conveyor bar, which holds and guides the next package, comes to the first package that is on the stop plate and pushes it through the foil film. At the same time, this bar leaves the next packet on the stop plate.
The moment the package passes under the iron and is wrapped with foil, the belt conveyor located just behind the iron support is started, and helps to position the package in the foil welding position. The foil is welded in the wraparound system, where the foil is also unwound from the reel. Passing through the foil, the package starts the winch, which starts the gear motors via a micro switch and unwinds the foil from the reel. The package formed in this way comes to the conveyor, which carries it through the chamber, where the process of thermal shrinkage of the foil around the package takes place. After leaving the chamber, the package comes under a stream of cold air where it acquires firmness and final shape. The package cooling unit is located just behind the chamber and has the task of quickly cooling the foil with which the package is wrapped. Cooling is performed in a stream of cold air generated by a fan. The receiving conveyor, which is designed as a gravity roller, is located in the extension of the wire conveyor. The angle of inclination of this conveyor is small, so that on it the packets catch up and push each other, making a small accumulation. The packages are already cooled, so that they do not deform on that occasion.
