TERMOPAK 400 A1
PURPOSE OF THE MACHINE
TERMOPAK 400 A1 is intended for individual and group packaging of products in foil, which has the ability of thermal shrinkage, and thus adheres to the product and provides protection from external influences, and in group packaging achieves good homogeneity of the package.
The TERMOPAK 400 A1 machine is specially adapted for collective packaging of bottles.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The thermo shrinkage line TERMOPAK 400 A1 is automatic and consists of several units-devices that form a functional unit.
The foil coating unit consists of a working panel, a mechanism for forming and transferring the package, a reel carrier of the upper (with motor reducer) and lower foil, with winches, as well as a mechanism with a heater (iron) for cutting and welding the foil. All these mechanisms are mounted on a common stand. The filled bottles come with a hinged conveyor to the machine, where, on the working panel, a package is first formed in the given arrangement, and then the package switch is activated, which pushes the package, and this one pulls the foil film with which it is wrapped. The wrapping is completed when the iron is lowered, which closes the fourth side of the package with foil, cuts off the foil and re-welds the ends of the upper and lower reels. The package wrapped in this way comes to the conveyor that carries it through the chamber.

The conveyor belt is made of wire mesh, and the conveyor is equipped with a drive and tensioning drum, as well as tensioning units. It is driven by a gear motor, with a fixed belt speed. The heat shrinkage chamber is placed on the base of the conveyor, and the foil is heated in it and glued to the package. The air in the chamber is heated by electric heaters, its circulation is achieved by means of an axial fan, and the temperature is regulated by means of a thermo regulator.
The chamber is thermally insulated with glass wool that fills the walls, and curtains at the entrance and exit. The package cooling unit is located just behind the chamber and has the task of quickly cooling the foil with which the package is wrapped. Cooling is performed in a stream of cold air generated by a fan. The receiving conveyor, which is designed as a gravity roller, is located in the extension of the wire conveyor. The angle of inclination of this conveyor is small, so that on it the packets catch up and push each other, making a small accumulation.
TERMOPAK 400 A1 is made of stainless steel and the process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC).
